The Roman Forum

The impressive Roman Forum. Look at the size of the structures compared to the people. It's amazing what you can do with slaves.

The left three columns are from the Temple of Vespasian built in 94 AD. The large block in the middle with the internal columns is the Arch of Septimius Severus from the 3rd century. The eight-column structure on the right is what remains of the Temple of Saturn built in 17 BC. July 16, 2001.
